Lawyer Renato Zanfagna, is the current Managing Director of Studio Legale Zanfagna, with a legal career founded on solid family foundations and flanked by a deep passion for the legal profession. He graduated in 1990 at Statale University of Milan, but began his training much earlier, in 1985 while still at university, breathing the air of the Court alongside his father from a young age, an experience that indelibly marked his professional future.
In 2003 he took over the reins of the Law Firm founded by his father, guided by an innate vocation for the profession and fuelled by a strong sense of duty and the desire to carry on the family tradition.
Specialising in banking and financial law, he has more than twenty years of experience in both litigation and advising credit institutions and financial companies. He is qualified to plead before the Higher Courts and holds the position of Curator of Judicial Liquidations, as well as being registered in the Register of Company Crisis Managers.
His areas of expertise include banking counselling, NPLs (non-performing loans), insolvency law and real estate executions, and inheritance law, handling litigation as well as generational transfers of family assets.
He has also developed a specialisation as legal art advisor, assisting clients in the complex and fascinating field of art law.
