Born on 14 June 1970, after graduating in law at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan in 1994, she developed and consolidated her multi-decade career within the Firm, acquiring a deep knowledge of civil law and civil procedure.
She has been enrolled on the Milan Bar Register since 1997 and on the Register of Cassation Lawyers since 2014. Today, her activity focuses mainly on litigation management and consultancy in the areas of banking law, insolvency law, debt recovery, also in enforcement proceedings and inheritance law.
The experience she has gained, combined with the passion with which she constantly follows case-law developments and regulatory updates, combined also with the ability to analyse and the attention to detail even in the most complex and articulated contexts, make her a reference figure for the Firm and its clients.
